Next Level Practice: For Owners, By Owners

This experiential training is designed for practice owners seeking to explore the role of trust in leadership, decision-making, and business development. Grounded in the concepts presented in Trust by Dr. Henry Cloud, participants will engage in a structured two-part learning process that integrates didactic preparation with in-person experiential application.
Participants will complete pre-work by reading Trust and demonstrating comprehension through a required quiz. The in-person retreat will take place at Trinity Challenge in Haslet, Texas, where participants will engage in facilitated discussions, reflective exercises, and adventure-based experiential activities designed to surface and examine trust dynamics in real time.
Through guided reflection and group process, participants will explore how trust impacts leadership effectiveness, relational dynamics, delegation, and organizational growth. You’ve built something meaningful.
But what if the thing holding your practice back… is harder to see?
At some point, growth stops being about strategy—and starts being about trust.
Trusting your decisions
Trusting others
Trusting yourself as a leader
When trust breaks down, everything feels heavier.
And you may quietly wonder:
“Am I the thing getting in the way of my own growth?”

Most owners don’t stall because they lack knowledge.
They stall because they carry everything alone, struggle to trust, and lack space to think clearly.
