Advancing EMDR Practice: Innovative Strategies for Strengthening Phase 2 – October 2, 2026 – Live/Virtual

This advanced training provides EMDR clinicians with innovative and practical strategies to enhance Phase 2 resourcing and stabilization within the EMDR protocol. Building on foundational EMDR skills, this workshop focuses on strengthening client readiness, tailoring interventions for complex trauma presentations, and expanding the therapist’s clinical toolkit to support emotional regulation, safety, and engagement within a client’s window of tolerance. 

Through a combination of didactic instruction, case examples, and experiential practice, participants will gain the confidence to integrate flexible, creative, and evidence-informed approaches into their Phase 2 work. Designed for clinicians who have completed EMDR basic training, this course equips participants with concrete tools to optimize client outcomes and deepen their clinical effectiveness in preparation for trauma processing.
