FAQ’s

Who can apply to be a trainer with CCFAM Training?

We welcome applications from licensed mental health professionals and qualified educators with demonstrated expertise in their subject area. Applicants should have relevant credentials, clinical or professional experience, and the ability to teach ethically and effectively to a professional audience.

Do I need prior teaching or training experience?

Previous teaching, presenting, or training experience is preferred but not required. If you do not have formal teaching experience, we encourage you to share examples of workshops, presentations, or other relevant professional education activities.

What credentials or documentation are required?

In the application, you will be asked to include:

A vita including professional experience

Areas of expertise and proposed training topics

Optional sample materials or recordings (if available)

Can I apply with more than one training topic?

Yes. If you are applying to become a trainer, you may propose multiple training topics within your new trainer application. For existing trainers, please use the “New Training Approval” form.

Can I save my application and return to it later?

Our application utilizes Microsoft Forms. If you log in with an account, your progress will be saved between sessions.

How long does the review process take?

Application review timelines may vary, but most applications are reviewed within a few weeks. If your proposal is a good fit, we will contact you with next steps.

What happens after I submit my application?

After submission, our team will review your materials, and if it appears like a good fit, you will have an interview scheduled with the CEO to discuss next steps.

Can I use a separate location than the CCFAM Training office to host trainings?

Yes! We are currently looking for trainers around the country who can offer in-person trainings at their own locations.
