BIO

Cristina Reynolds is a trauma-informed clinician and trainer who has been in private practice at the CCFAM since 2018. Her clinical work focuses on adolescents, parents, and adults, with a particular emphasis on trauma, life transitions, and strengthening the therapeutic relationship. Her background includes work in both university and school-based settings, where she has expertise in supporting college students and children in navigating crisis, adjustment to life changes, and developmental challenges.

Cristina’s training style is experiential and practical, as well as deeply attuned to the developmental needs of both clients and clinicians. Across her work, she demonstrates a consistent focus on helping therapists move from theory into application, equipping them with tools they can confidently use in session. Her trainings emphasize rapport-building, client readiness, and the thoughtful integration of creative interventions within a clinician’s existing framework.

She has developed and led trainings on topics such as creative interventions with adolescents, early-career therapist development, and the clinical applications of sandtray therapy. Her approach reflects a strong commitment to hands-on learning with an emphasis on building confidence, strengthening clinical judgment, and navigating common challenges with clarity. Whether working with new therapists or seasoned clinicians, Cristina creates space for reflection, skill-building, and meaningful growth, helping participants leave with both practical strategies and a clearer sense of direction in their work.
