Sara Mellado Murdock is the owner and founder of True Vine Therapy, serving the North Texas community. Her background includes extensive work with at-risk youth, foster and adoptive families, and individuals impacted by trauma, alongside her role as a Crisis Intervention Counselor in a large high school setting.

Her clinical approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and shaped by integrative, experiential methods, including equine-assisted therapy and mind-body techniques. She emphasizes practical, skills-based interventions that support nervous system regulation and can be applied beyond the therapy room.

As a trainer, Sara is engaging and highly relational, creating an interactive learning environment that prioritizes real-world application of concepts. She equips clinicians with tools they can confidently implement across a variety of settings, particularly in work with anxiety and trauma.
