This training includes the 2020 Rule Changes by BHEC for TX LPC, LMFT, and LSW.

As of September 1st, 2020, the Behavioral Health Executive Council is now adopting rules and investigating complaints in Texas. The structure of BHEC and wait times with BHEC are addressed. The 2020 proposed changes and current rules for LPC, LMFT, and LSW are included. Ethical dilemma vignettes are utilized through the training to aid in evaluating participant professional relationships, billing practices, paperwork, and professional practice.

Since this video was made in September 2020, the new LMFT rules for 2020 have been adopted.
The study guide and quiz reflect the adopted rule changes.

In her presentations, she incorporates the BHEC Proposed Rules and Code of Ethics for TX LPC, LMFT, and LSW.
