Course Description
Are you up to date with major changes to rules from the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council and LPC, LMFT, and LSW Board rules for 2022? A powerpoint with a question and answer format will be used to identify significant areas and most commonly missed rules of professional practice. Participants will identify current and new rules and apply them to professional relationships, paperwork, and professional practice through ethical dilemma scenarios.

Dr. Rhonda Johnson, LPC-S, LMFT-S, RPT-S, EMDR Consultant, Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner in Training
Dr. Johnson is the owner of a large group private practice, the Center for Counseling and Family Relationships, which was established in 2007. She is also the owner of CCFAM Training, established in 2012, specializing as a Live, Virtual, and Online CE provider with a focus on supervision, Texas Ethics, play therapy, and children who have experienced trauma. Through CCFAM Training, Dr. Johnson also provides private practice coaching and consulting for mental health professionals in leadership and supervisory roles, as well as supervision for LPC, LMFT, and RPT.
